Creator account data: name, email, phone, shipping address and account settings.

Intake-form data: the brand's name and email, budget, brief and any attachments the brand submits.

Operational data: login tokens, logs and technical identifiers needed to run the service.

Providing the service (performance of a contract), communicating with brands on the creator's behalf, security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest), and compliance with legal obligations (e.g. accounting).

We rely on the following processors to deliver the service:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting & application delivery
• Postmark (Wildbit, LLC / ActiveCampaign) — transactional & inbound email
• Anthropic, PBC — AI triage & reply drafting
• Stripe, Inc. — payment & subscription processing
• Twilio Inc. — SMS notifications (when enabled)

Some processors may be located outside the EU/EEA; where that is the case, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

We keep data for the life of the account and thereafter only as long as required to meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.gov.cz).
