CollabBox is operated by Antonín Růžička, business ID 87059916, with place of business at Národní obrany 595/8, Bubeneč, 160 00 Praha 6, Česká republika (a sole trader registered in the Czech Trade Licensing Register).

CollabBox helps creators triage brand inquiries, draft replies and manage collaborations. We are not a party to the agreement between a creator and a brand.

You are responsible for activity on your account. Sign-in uses a link sent to your email; keep your inbox secure.

Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe. A 30-day trial applies; unless you cancel before the trial ends, billing starts automatically afterwards. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in the customer portal.

The operator is not a VAT payer; the prices shown are final.

You must not use the service to send spam, harass others, or infringe the rights of third parties.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

We may update these terms reasonably and will notify you of material changes. You can cancel your account at any time.

Governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
